The MQ HDR Supervision Policy requires that supervisors registered on the MQSR complete annual training in order to maintain currency.
Rather than relying on compliance to policy, our aim is to provide meaning professional learning opportunities for anyone involved with HDR Supervision at MQ whether you are registered on the MQSR or not. For this reason, we have made the program attractive, and included various modes of learning to make it more accessible.
We have also made sure any training that is done builds the academics public profile. In the past the MQSR was a locked box - and no-one really knew if anyone maintained HDR Supervisor currency. This has now changed. When you register for an annual workshop in HR Online, completion of the activity will mean your HR record will show the training you did. This will be automatically swept in PURE, and this will then show on your public record. This enhances your digital identity, and indicates to the world - and potential candidates - that you have currency as a supervisor.
